21 Months

What can I say? The girl LOVES her hats...and her cake!

18 Months: What she's been up to...

She calls this outfit "Cuuuuute!"

Love those ringlets! She tells me to "Stop, Mommy!"
when I play with them. She was coloring, and I was
bothering her, apparently.

I was trying to get a good angle of her reading, and
she plops right down on the floor next to me, looks in
the camera, and gets up to say, "Emmy see," very
bossy-like.

She loves to color, but prefers colored pencils.

16 Months: Puzzles, Mood Swings, & Sweet Corn!

In other news: Even more words. "Newt!" being one of the clearest (& funniest).

Phrases: "Thank you, Mommy" (most frequent) along with "I poop!" and "Potty. Potty."

She sat on the potty today with her first very mini poop!

She eats: vegetables sauteed in garlic & olive oil. Green peppers, tomatoes, avocado, to name a few.

She knows: how to use an iPad and how to count....to two, or the following number.

People she loves: Michael Gregory & Evan Gregory (godfather). Baby Evan & "Sassy" Cassie Medema.

Family favorites: Great Grandpa & Grandma Dangle, Aunt Becca and Izaac ("I-kick").

Emerson's 2nd Summer

This summer Emerson LOVES: Rocks, McKennan Park, the Zoo, & Cars.

Almost 1!!

We tried to take 1-year photos of Emerson today. She didn't smile once. But she CAN show you "1" with her finger out.
